Affirmations to Our Donors
In exercising the right to privacy of our donor’s confidential information, it is the policy and practice of Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries to assure that:
- We at DRMM will never trade, share, or sell, rent its donor list or any donor’s personal information with other organizations, foundations, or government-related agencies. The only time when we will share or sell personal information is once the donor gives us specific permission to do so.
- All donor transactions are collected through a computerized system that maintains a high level of secured technology that protects sensitive donor information for authorized internal and external usage strictly monitored by DRMM donor processing professionals.
- This policy is comprehensive and applies to donor information collected both online and offline.
The Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries would like to thank the thousands of individuals and organizations for their donations, prayers, and volunteer efforts to help us transform lives of people who are in need of our services. At DRMM, we respect the privacy and confidentiality rights of our donors. To protect your privacy in the best way possible, we provide this notice explaining our donor information practices and the choices you can make about the way your information is collected and used. To make this notice easy to find, we make it available on our homepage and at every point where personally identifiable information may be requested.
