Your passion, experience, and dedication to ending homelessness across Detroit, Highland Park, and Hamtramck reflect the very best of our community.The Detroit Continuum of Care (CoC), affiliated with Homeless Action Network of Detroit, is a year-round planning body of representative stakeholders working toward ending homelessness. The coverage area is Detroit, Hamtramck, and Highland Park. The CoC’s work includes gathering and analyzing information to determine the local needs of people experiencing homelessness, implementing strategic responses, and measuring results.
