At 11am on Friday October 17, Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries (DRMM) will formally pronounce and present its first-ever DRMM Transformation Ambassadors at The Tab, 138 Stimson Street Detroit, with the Dean of US Congress, Rep. John Conyers, as chair.

The two-hour DRMM Transformation Ambassadors Inaugural will honor reputable men and women who have shown exemplary commitment to the worthy cause of combating homelessness, hunger, abuse, neglect and oppression in our communities.

“Our work at Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries has been to provide meaningful help and hope to the homeless, hungry and hurting and we believe the Ambassadors will strongly support us in doing that,” opines DRMM president and CEO, Dr. Chad Audi.

A major highlight of the Inaugural is the presentation of DRMM Lifetime Transformation Award to Bishop PA Brooks, first assistant presiding bishop of the 6.5 million member Church of God in Christ Worldwide, by Rep. Conyers.
