Here at the Detroit Rescue Mission Ministries (DRMM), we are all about preserving the dignity of the homeless people we serve, as we minister to their body and spirit. Although the demand for our services is very high, DRMM has to find a way to meet our clients’ needs and maintain their self-respect.
THANK YOU for being Here for the Homeless! 💙What a beautiful evening of community, compassion and connection at our Here for the Homeless Communal Dinner!Thank you to every DRMM staff member, volunteer, partner and supporter who helped make the evening special—from preparing and serving the meal to welcoming our guests and creating a warm, welcoming and dignified experience for all. This dinner was a powerful reminder that our mission is about more than providing services. It’s about meeting people where they are, restoring hope and reminding our neighbors that they are seen, valued and not forgotten. We are grateful for everyone who showed up with open hearts and helping hands. Your dedication brings the DRMM mission to life every day.Together, we are rebuilding our community, one life at a time. We will do this again! Stay tuned for future events and visit DRMM.org for our resources and programs to help the homeless. #DRMM #HereForTheHomeless #CommunalDinner #Detroit #RebuildingOurCommunity … See MoreSee Less
