Our services for those struggling with addictions include:
- • withdrawal management (formerly called sub-acute detoxification)
- • residential
- • case management
- • women specialty services
- • out-patient and intensive out-patient
- • recovery housing
- • peer/recovery support services
Also, we have specific funding for those suffering with opioid addiction, along with SUD individuals that exhibit COVID signs, symptoms or have the virus.
A wide variety of agencies such as the Michigan Department of Corrections (MDOC), Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA) and Detroit Wayne Integrated Health Network (DWIHN) provide referrals and funding for treatment for specific populations.
Individuals with addictions who do not meet their guidelines and have no insurance are provided treatment through contributions made by our individual donors.

Target Population: Men referred by courts, police and treatment hot lines and agencies.

Target Population: Women referred by courts, police and treatment hot lines and agencies.
Campus: Christian Guidance Center
Target Population: Men referred by Michigan Department of Corrections and Wayne County Community Justice.
Substance Use disorder (SUD) Treatment
Our treatment services include but are not limited to addiction recovery, case management, individual and group therapy, job training, legal services, medical assessments and services, psychological evaluations and therapy, recreation, relapse prevention, and services for resident children.

Substance Use disorder (SUD) Withdrawal Management
Our withdrawal management services are provided by nurses and supervised by a licensed physician. Such services include physical assessments of patients, medication monitoring, medical referrals, and physical/medical services.
Long-Term and Supportive Aftercare for Special Populations
Campus: Christian Guidance Center
Target Population: Long-term residential services for persons in recovery from addictions.
Campus: Christian Guidance Center
Target Population: Men served through Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration funds.
